Wayne is a highly skilled spray painter with over 25 years of hands on experience in automotive refinishing.  His journey began with formal training at Ford, where he developed a strong foundation in precision, consistency, and quality control.  He then honed his craft at a small family run body shop, gaining a deep appreciation for craftmanship, attention to detail, and personal pride in every job.  Wayne's passion for high performance vehicles eventually led him to McLaren, where he bought his expertise to the world of supercars - working on cutting edge materials and delivering finishes that meet the highest standards of excellence.  His career reflects a blend of technical mastery and dedication which led him to start his own business venture, Ultrafinish, where he brings his signature attention to detail and deep industry knowledge to every project.

In the past year, Wayne has expanded ultra finish by introducing Chrome finish, a specialist arm of the business focused on advanced spray chroming techniques.  This innovative step allows him to offer striking, mirror- like chrome coatings - pushing aesthetic boundaries and delivering custom finishes that stand out in both automotive and commercial applications.  Wayne continues to set new standards in the world of surface finishing. 

Karmin has been a valued member of the Ultrafinish team for the past four years, working closely alongside Wayne and playing a key role in maintaining the high standards the business is known for.  Over the last year, she has expanded her skill set by learning the specialised techniques involved in the spray chroming process.  A quick learner with a strong work ethic, Karmin consistently give 100% and takes pride in every task she tackles.

Her keen eye for detail and precision make her especially skilled in the vital preparation stages that set the foundation for a flawless chrome finish.  As a woman thriving in a predominantly male industry, Karmin brings a fresh perspective and proves that talent, dedication and passion for the craft know no gender.  She continues to set an inspiring example for others entering the trade.
